Personal verification

User verification on bitexbit is a function with which you can expand the functionality and improve the security of your account. It is not a mandatory requirement.

After the verification, you get the ability to make deposits and withdrawals.

The verification procedure is simplified as much as possible for the convenience of users. For verification, the system accepts not only a passport or ID-card but also a driver's license. Please follow the instructions carefully to get through the verification quickly and easily. Provide only truthful information. Also, high quality photos will speed up the verification procedure.

Bitexbit is extremely concerned about the security of users' data and does everything possible to ensure that the intruders or third parties will never get access to it.

Verification types

• Person — identity verification, which includes personal data and identification;
• Address — verification of the place of registration or address of residence, required upon request;
• Finance — verification of the origin of funds, required upon request.

How to get personal verification at bitexbit

1. Click the Login button on the website.
2. Enter the login and password of your account and go through two-factor authentication if it is activated.
3. Hover over the Profile button in the upper right corner and select Verification from the drop-down list of functions.
4. Fill in all the fields of the application form: select citizenship from the drop-down list and enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and ID number (passport, foreign passport, driver's license or another identity document).
5. Upload a high-quality photo or scanned copy of the front and back sides of your ID (first and second pages of your passport). Acceptable formats: jpeg, png, tiff. Photo resolution must be at least 720 pixels. The data in the photo must be fully visible and clearly legible. Please do not cover parts of the document, all the edges of the document should be visible. Do not apply filters or other modifications. To the right of the file upload fields, you will find graphic examples of correctly and incorrectly photographed documents.
6. Upload a photo of a user with an expanded document in one hand and a piece of paper with the bitexbit.com website address and today's date written by hand. To the right of the file upload field, you will find a graphic example of a correctly completed photo.
7. Click the Submit button.

Your application has been accepted and will be reviewed shortly. You will receive email notification of the verification results. It usually takes up to 24 hours.

If you changed the documents, or their validity period expired, or your personal data (full name, citizenship) has changed, you can apply to verify the updated data.
